Work update

So I got to talk to the VP of the company and I asked him who do I report to ? Not being accustomed to the corprate BS .He tells me pretty much I awnser to him and I consult with the other regional managers.Great I say because this place has more managers thsn I have ever seen.One store manager per store ,a regional store manager ,a regional install mananger , and now a regional tint manager.He then explains to me that I am actually above the store manangers. This for me is nno big deal I don't like being in charge anyway,but when I was leavign for the day today,out of courtesy I told the store manager (who isn't even 21 by the way ) That I was leaving .He looks at his watch and replies " I don't think so" Knowing me at this point I want to snatch him up and give him the ass whippin' his parenets should have> Instead I reply " excuse me " he says I said no" .What did I you ask in true me form I said OK see ya later ,told the other regional I was leaving and hauled ass. I don't think the kid knows I am regional but he will soon find out. Anywho thought it was funny .Thats it for now............

Just a little note

Thought I would just post a little since it has been awhile .The new job leaves me less time to fuck off so I haven't been able to post at work and when I get home I just don't feel like it.The new job is good though keeps me busy and the money is going to be more than expected so I think I'll make it .

Hill country

Well we are off to the Hill Country for Hermie and TOM's fuck off .If I am not heard from agian you know where to start looking .I don't know why but everytime I go there I come back with a new scar or something .Maybe ,just maybe it has something to do with the amount of alcohol consumed but I can't be sure..... Naaaaah I'm just a retard .Anyway if anybody gets bored come on out should be interesting at least...............

Friday

Well Friday is my last day at Pickup Heaven ,needless to say I am a bit apprehensive about leaving a job where I can do whatever I want and my boss is also a drinking partner to a job wgere I know no one and I have to actually ask for days off as opposed to telling them whem I am taking a day off.I hope I am doing the right thing,the money is good but sometimes the money doesn't make the job !Wish me luck and I hope I don't have to quit in the first week because I can't do what I'mm used to .'till next time ...............

New job

Well It's official I have taken a job elsewhere .The other day I was in a store ,no names , and the VP walks up to me and ask me to come to work for him(because of the window tint shirt he knew what I did). I said " you can't match what I make now" he says " just give me 5 minutes. I says to myself "self " why not?After 5 minutes he offers me $6000 a year more than I am making now BASE salary yes I said base .Plus medical,dental, a match on 401K ,5% residual from all the tinters below me and 75% of labor over $3000 a month.Don't ask me why I had to think for a week on this but I realy do like the guys I work for and they have been good to me .On the other hand I have a future to think about and I am not getting any younger .I love my current job but after 10 years in the business it's time for me to move up the ladder .I will be the regional film manager for Austin ,just sounds good doesn't it?Thats all for now
